Mayor Jose "Joey" Torres
Mayor Jose 'joey' Torres is the 46th Mayor of the City of Paterson. In May, 2014 he was elected Mayor of the City of Paterson for a third term. As the Mayor of the third largest city in New Jersey, he aims to crack down on crime, improve our schools, increase City wide healthcare services and promote the City's economic growth and renaissance.
Paterson Police Director Jerry Speziale
Police Director for the Paterson Police Department with a staff of (400) sworn and (125) civilians. The City of Paterson is the 2nd most densely populated City in the United States with 165,000 residents, among 56 different ethnic and religious backgrounds in an area of 8.6 square miles.
Acting Police Chief William Fraher
Chief William G. Fraher was appointed to the Paterson Police Department on January of 1975, where he proceeded to move up the ranks and work in every division within the Paterson Police Department.
