Police Director for the Paterson Police Department with a staff of (400) sworn and (125) civilians. The City of Paterson is the 2nd most densely populated City in the United States with 165,000 residents, among 56 different ethnic and religious backgrounds in an area of 8.6 square miles. 

Chief of Police for the City of Prichard, located in the Mobile, Alabama Metropolitan area reducing crime by nearly 64% through hotspot policing crime strategies.

Deputy Police Superintendent of NY-NJ Port Authority Police Department, a bi-state law enforcement agency with 1700 officers responsible for the safety and security of the public, travelers and tenants in all Port Authority, land, sea, air and rail facilities.

Sheriff of Passaic County, restructuring the courts, jails and patrol division.

For nearly, (25) years, acted as a subject matter expert - consultant for the US Department of Justice conducting research and development, coordinating multi-jurisdictional wiretap investigations and resource allocation.

Law enforcement career has led me around the world from overseas drug raids with the DEA, managing investigations for the NYPD’s Organized Control Bureau, Commander of the Passaic County Narcotics Task Force, Chief of the New Hope Police Department, Chief of the Bergen County Sheriff’s Department and Sheriff of Passaic County for nearly a decade.
